How it works when you call

There is no call center and no script to sit through. The number on the trucks rings our team direct, and we handle the conversation from the first question to the quote.

1. Describe what you're seeing

Tell our team the pest, the city and how long it has been going on. A photo texted to (480) 285-4040 helps if you are not sure what you are looking at, especially for bees or anything in a wall cavity. Most homes can be quoted straight over the phone once we know the property and the problem.

2. Walk-through and quote

If a look at the property is needed, our team walks the block walls, weep holes, irrigation boxes, door sweeps and the attic if it is rodents, and explains plainly where the pests are coming from before quoting the job. No pressure, no sales script.

3. Treatment planned around your family

The interior, exterior perimeter and yard get treated together in one visit, planned around who lives in the house, kids and pets included. You hear exactly what to expect before anything starts, and whether one-time service or a recurring schedule makes more sense for your property.
